FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Ltd. (TSX-VENTURE:FLY) (the "Company"
or "FLYHT") has scheduled a live conference call to discuss the
fourth quarter and year end results to be held, Tuesday, April 15,
2014 at 2:30 pm MDT (4:30 pm EDT, 1:30 pm PDT).
The conference call will include a brief presentation about the
fourth quarter and year end results and then a question and answer
period with management.

U.S. the toll-free number is 1-800-319-4610.

(Callers should dial in five to 10 minutes prior to the scheduled

Management will accept questions by telephone and e-mail.
