CALGARY, AB is pleased to announce that we are making progress in our marketing of Thermoflex Tubing, associated connectors and accessories. We have orders for the month of June in the amount of approximately $900,000.00.

ILI has several outstanding quotes for additional Thermoflex tubing projects both domestic and internationally. The company expects this product line to have a significant impact on future revenues and earnings.

About Thermoflex

Thermoflex is constructed of Fortron, Nylon and Capron, wrapped with Aramid Fiber to increase tensile strength, prevent pressure bursts and increase load capabilities. Capron and Fortron are used when temperatures of 250 degrees are expected. Thermoflex flexible pipe has low permeation, is resistant to temperature change, life expectancy of up to 20 years and is ideally suited for high pressure gathering lines, downhole applications and pulling through existing steel lines to significantly improve production.

The advantages of Thermoflex flexible tubing over conventional steel and traditional polyethylene tubing are now being fully realized including enhanced corrosion resistance, minimal paraffin buildup, heat resistance, reduced pressure drop, enhanced insulation, and lower installation costs.

Advantages over Steel

* 1/10th the weight of steel
*  Flexible bend radius
*  Cheaper installation costs
* Reduced friction and 30% less pressure drop over steel
*  Higher Thermal Insulation
* Enchanced ID and OD corrosion resistance
* Minimizes the buildup of Asphaltenes, Paraffins and Scales
* 100 times less the relative roughness
*  Long continuous runs
*  Longevity

Advantages over Polyethylene Pipe

* Resistance to H2S
* Reduced friction and pressure drop
* Higher thermal insulation
* Temperatures to 250F
* Increased tensile strength
* High pressure applications
* Corrosion resistance
* Significantly lower permeation rate

Disadvantages typically found in steel and traditional polyethylene piping are reduced or completely eliminated with the use of Thermoflex tubing.
