Meridex Software Corporation (TSX VENTURE:MSC), a leading provider of school
safety and security software, unveiled 3CSafe at the 18th Annual NASRO (National
Association of Security Resource Officers) User Conference today. 3CSafe is a
web based safety assurance platform that provides educators and safety personnel
with the ability to respond rapidly and proficiently to any incident that
jeopardizes safety in the school.

local area, evacuation routes, meeting areas, comprehensive building floor
plans, real-time surveillance camera views, utility shutoffs, pictures of
classrooms, student and parent information, crisis response plans, etc.


2. Collaboration -- zero footprint installation allows any authorized
stakeholder with a web browser or device connected to the internet to securely
access the Common Operating Picture.


3. Communication - Instantly communicate and notify individuals or groups via
email, text, or voice messages.


3CSAFE is in its final testing phase with pilot customers and is expected to be
