Kerry Group PLC said Wednesday that it has successfully priced the issue of 750 million euros ($843.6 million) in sustainability-linked notes.

The Ireland-based food company said that the 0.875% notes are due in 2031.

The money will be used for general corporate purposes, including debt repayment and acquisitions.
