Explanation of Responses:
(1)  The original Form 3 listed the number of shares held by the Reporting Person as 1,757,576. On May 3, 2013, a Form 3/A was filed to amend the original Form 3, and listed the Reporting Person as being the holder of an additional 50,000 shares. This Form 3/A is filed to restate the correct number of shares owned by the Reporting Person as of 12/28/12.
