Intrawest adds two new directors to Board Adds Experience to and Strengthens Independence of the Board VANCOUVER, Feb. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Intrawest Corporation, one of the world's leading destination resort and adventure-travel companies, announced today that the Board of Directors has been expanded to include Ms. Marti Morfitt and Mr. Alex Wasilov effectively immediately. Concurrently, Mr. Daniel Jarvis, a management member of the Board of Directors, has resigned from his Board position. Mr. Jarvis continues in his role as President and Chief Executive Officer, Leisure and Travel Group. The Board of Directors now consists of ten members with Mr. Joe Houssian, chairman, president and chief executive officer as the sole management member of the Board.
