DIVIDEND
DECLARATION
The Board of Directors of Tritax Big
Box REIT plc (ticker: BBOX) has declared an interim dividend in
respect of the period from 1 October 2024 to 31 December 2024
of 2.185 pence per ordinary share, payable on or around
28 March 2025 to shareholders on the register on 14 March
2025. The ex-dividend date will be 13 March 2025.
This dividend will be a Property
Income Distribution ("PID").
Following the payment of this
dividend, the Company will have paid, in aggregate, 7.66 pence per
ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2024, an
increase of 4.9% against 2023.
