New Bank Facilities

Castle Street Investments plc (AIM: CSI), is pleased to announce that, following the recent announcement of agreed terms, it has now secured new bank facilities ("the New Facilities") with The Royal Bank of Scotland plc. The facilities comprise a five year GBP7 million Revolving Credit Facility ("RCF") available to the Company until 22 January 2021 and a GBP2 million overdraft facility renewable annually.

In addition, the RCF also contains an accordion feature that allows the total facility to be increased by up to a further GBP10 million.

The New Facilities will augment Castle Street's existing cash resources and enable the Company to support its organic and acquisitive growth initiatives.
