Meeting
The Company announces that at the General
Meeting ("GM") held earlier today all resolutions, as set out in
the GM notices, were duly passed by the required
majority.
The results of the polls were as
follows:
Resolutions 1 to 7 were passed as ordinary
resolutions, and resolutions 8 and 9 were special
resolutions.
