Holdings in investment companies

The issuer advises that the following replaces the Disclosure Table released on
4 July 2005 at 17:11 under RNS Number 4663O. Due to an administrative error, the 
percentage values of the Group's holdings within restricted investment trusts 
were miscalculated.



Pursuant to Listing Rule 15.4.10R(1), the Group announces that as at 30 June
2005, its investments in other listed investment companies (including listed 
investment trusts) which themselves do not have stated investment policies to 
invest no more than 15% of their total assets in other listed investment 
companies (including listed investment trusts) were as follows:
