Result of General
Meeting
In connection with the proposals for
a combination of the assets of the Troy Income & Growth Trust
plc (the "Company") with STS Global Income & Growth Trust plc
by means of a scheme of reconstruction and members' voluntary
liquidation of the Company under section 110 of the Insolvency Act
1986 (the "Scheme"), the Board of the Company announces that at the
First General Meeting held today both Resolutions were
passed.
Implementation of the Scheme remains
conditional upon, amongst other things, the passing of the
Resolution to be proposed at the Second General Meeting, which will
be held at 11.00 a.m. on 27 March 2024.
Details of the number of proxy votes
cast for, against and withheld in respect of the Resolutions, which
were voted on by way of poll, are set out below and will also be
published on the Company's website: https://tigt.co.uk.
