Result of
Elections
In connection with the proposals for
a combination of the assets of the Troy Income & Growth Trust
plc (the "Company") with STS Global Income & Growth Trust plc
("STS") by means of a scheme of reconstruction and members'
voluntary liquidation of the Company under section 110 of the
Insolvency Act 1986 (the "Scheme"), the Board of the Company
announces that the following elections
(including deemed elections) have been received in connection with
the Scheme:

Rollover
Option: 163,842,843
Shares.
·
Cash
Option: 68,632,644
Shares.
In accordance with the Scheme,
Shareholders that made no Election have been deemed to have elected
for the Rollover Option.
Capitalised terms used but not
defined in this announcement will have the same meaning as set out
in the Circular dated 23 February 2024.
