At the Annual Meeting held on May 12, 2010, Kelly Services (NASDAQ: KELYA) (NASDAQ: KELYB) stockholders elected nine individuals to serve one-year terms on the corporate board.

The newly elected board of directors are Terence E. Adderley, chairman of Kelly Services; Carol M. Adderley, writer/researcher in the Humanities; Carl T. Camden, president and chief executive officer, Kelly Services; Jane E. Dutton, the Robert L. Kahn Distinguished university professor of business administration and psychology, University of Michigan; Maureen A. Fay, O.P., president emeritus, University of Detroit Mercy; Terrence B. Larkin, senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, Lear Corporation; Leslie A. Murphy, president and chief executive officer, Murphy Consulting, Inc.; Donald R. Parfet, founder and managing director, Apjohn Group, LLC, and B. Joseph White, president emeritus and the James F. Towey professor of business and leadership, University of Illinois at Urbana - Champaign.

Verne G. Istock, former chairman and president, Bank One Corporation, retired from Kelly Services' board after nearly two decades of continued service.

In other actions, Mr. Parfet was appointed to serve as lead director and Mr. Toshio Saburi, executive director, Temp Holdings Company, was named to a one-year term on Kelly's board of directors. Temp Holdings, a leading integrated HR services company in Japan, and Kelly Services recently announced a strategic alliance.
