The scholarship winner, Christopher Fessler of Macon, Mo., is an electrical engineering student at the University of Missouri and a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and Association for Computing Machinery student chapters. Fessler's exceptional essay on emerging medical technology advancements as they relate to the field of engineering earned him the $5,000 educational scholarship from Kelly.
