Other Events.

 

On February 20, 2025, Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. (the “Company”) received a letter from The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC (“NASDAQ”) stating that because the Company’s shares had a closing bid price at or above $1.00 per share for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days, the Company’s stock had regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement of $1.00 per share for continued listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market, as set forth in NASDAQ Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), and that the matter is now closed.
