Guaranty Bank, a $2 billion financial institution based in Brown Deer, Wis., has extended its participation in the PULSE ATM/debit network through an exclusive, long-term participation agreement with PULSE. Under terms of the new agreement, Guaranty Bank will utilize PULSE exclusively for PIN debit transactions at the point of sale. The bank also uses PULSE for ATM transactions and gateway services.
