(NYSE: DYN) today announced that following the Company’s October 30, 2017 announcement of its signed merger agreement with Vistra Energy, it will not be holding the conference call and webcast that was previously scheduled for Thursday, November 2. The Company will issue its third quarter 2017 results earnings release and related SEC filings as previously scheduled for Wednesday, November 1, 2017.
