DALLAS, May 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:TYL) announced today that the Wisconsin Department of Revenue has selected Tyler's CLT division to provide the necessary software tools for the valuation of manufacturing properties across the state and for conducting equalization functions across 1,852 jurisdictions in a five-year project. Tyler will implement several modules of its iasWorld suite of Web-based tools to meet the requirements of Wisconsin's new Integrated Property Assessment System (IPAS). The state of Wisconsin will implement iasWorld's appraisal and analysis modules, along with tax billing, collection, and delinquent tax for those centrally assessed properties billed by the state. In addition, Tyler will install modules for inquiry, appeal tracking, and image management. This multi-year implementation will include Web-enabled modules that will allow jurisdictions to review sales data and enter assessment administration data for properties through an online connection. In addition to providing software, Tyler's CLT division has provided appraisal services for several of Wisconsin's largest municipalities, including Green Bay and Janesville. The division's regional office is located in West Allis, in the greater Milwaukee area. David J.
