Tyler Technologies and El Paso County, Texas Expand Partnership

Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) has signed an agreement to
provide Tyler’s Odyssey Courts & Justice solutions to El Paso
County, Texas. The agreement is valued at approximately $5.3
million and includes software licenses, related professional
services, maintenance, and support.
El Paso County, the 7th largest county in Texas, has used
Tyler’s previous generation Unix-based judicial system for more
than ten years. El Paso decided to upgrade to Tyler’s Odyssey
integrated courts and justice solution suite to modernize their
existing system and employ Web-based technology, allowing them to
take full advantage of functional improvements and fully integrate
its judicial databases amongst varying agencies. The county will
implement Odyssey’s Case Manager, Jail Manager, Prosecutor, Check
Manager, Supervision and new Public Defender applications.

El Paso County is a member of the Texas Conference of Urban
Counties (CUC), a non-profit organization consisting of 35 counties
across the state that accounts for approximately 80 percent of the
state’s population. As a CUC member, the County will deploy Tyler’s
Odyssey integrated courts and justice software solutions based on
Tyler’s agreement with the CUC.
