Tyler Technologies Signs Contract to Provide Odyssey Courts & Justice Software To Rockdale County, Georgia DALLAS, Dec. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Tyler Technologies, Inc. announced today that it has signed a contract to implement its Odyssey Courts & Justice software in Rockdale County, Georgia. The total value of the contract, which includes software licenses, professional services and hardware, is approximately $1,000,000. Odyssey is Tyler Technologies' new-generation courts and justice system. With a stateless N-tier architecture built on the latest Web-based technology, Odyssey is scalable and powerful. Rockdale County will be implementing Tyler's Odyssey Case Management applications, as well as new Odyssey Sheriff Records and Jail Management applications. The implementation in Rockdale County is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2004. Rockdale County is a fast-growing and dynamic suburban community located just east of Atlanta. It is about 130 square miles in area -- the second smallest of Georgia's 159 counties -- and has a population of approximately 73,000.
