Royal Spring Water signs contract to supply Clark County School District, Nevada with Artesian and flavored water.

LOS ANGELES, June 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Royal Spring Water
Inc. (OTC:RSPG), (the "Company") a bottler and distributor of pure,
sweet water from the Artesian wells of the Ogallala Aquifer,
announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Data
Commodities Ltd. as their supplier of Artesian and flavored water
for the Clark County School District. The contract is for a
one-year term and has an automatic one-year extension at the end
the first year. Royal Spring water will act as the sub supplier and
fulfill this agreement for Data Commodities Ltd. Alex Hazan, RSW's
President and Chief Executive Officer, said, "in signing this
agreement and supplying the Clark County School District we hope to
market and sell our water to other unified school districts around
the country". Phil Restifo, CEO of Data Commodities Ltd., said,
"there is no doubt that the price and quality of Royal Spring
Water's product has helped seal our deal with the county school
district". Mr. Restifo added, "as part of the deal, Royal Spring
Water will deliver bottled water to the county school district's
