International Specialty Products Acquires the Business of Hallcrest
Limited WAYNE, N.J., March 31 /PRNewswire/ -- International
Specialty Products Inc. ("ISP"), announced that, through its
subsidiaries, it has acquired the business and assets of Hallcrest
Limited and its US affiliate ("Hallcrest"). Hallcrest is a
manufacturer and marketer of custom microencapsulation and liquid
crystal technologies for the personal care, home care, oral care
and food industries, with a broad customer base that includes
multinational Fortune 100 companies as well as many other producers
