Arcontech (AIM: ARC), the provider
of products and services for real-time financial market data
processing and trading, announces today that Suzanne Jeffs, a
person closely associated to Matthew Jeffs, Chief Executive
Officer, purchased 18,000 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") at an
average price of 80.12 per share. Following this purchase, Matthew
Jeffs and persons closely associated has a beneficial interest of
1,013,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 7.57% of the
issued share capital.
