Arcontech (AIM: ARC), the provider

processing and trading, announces today that Ben Hodges, Chief
Financial Officer, purchased 6,257 ordinary shares ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 79.90 pence per share. Following this
purchase, Ben Hodges has a beneficial interest of 13,023 Ordinary
Shares in the Company representing approximately 0.10% of the
issued share capital.
