year ended 31 December 2023 ("2023 Annual Report and Accounts") and
Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting ("Notice of
AGM")
Secure Trust announces that
the Notice of AGM was sent to all shareholders who
had requested a physical copy on 10 April 2024, together with the
2023 Annual Report and Accounts. Electronic copies of each document
are available on Secure Trust Bank's website.
A copy of the Notice of AGM has been
submitted to the UK Listing Authority in compliance with Listing
Rule 9.6.1 and will shortly be available for inspection on the
National Storage Mechanism at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
Copies may also be obtained by application to the
Company Secretary at the registered office of the
Company.
As required by DTR 6.3.5 (3) the
Company confirms that the 2023 Annual Report and Accounts and the
Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website
www.securetrustbank.com/investors.
The 2024 AGM will be held at 3p.m.
on Thursday 16 May 2024 at office of Freshfields Bruckhaus
Deringer, 100 Bishopsgate, London EC2P 2SR. Shareholders are
encouraged to submit their form of proxy online or otherwise as
outlined in the Notice of AGM. Full details of the proposed
resolutions are set out in the Notice of AGM alongside guidance on
how to submit questions to the Directors ahead of the
AGM.
