In accordance with Disclosure
Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the
market of the following:
As at 30 June 2024, the Company's
issued share capital consisted of 19,068,915 Ordinary shares of 40p
each. There are no shares held in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of
voting rights in the Company is 19,068,915 and should be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculation of notifiable
interests in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the
FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
