Tony C. McKim, President and CEO of First National Bank and its parent company, The First Bancorp, recently announced the appointment of Christopher J. Austin. “I am pleased to welcome Chris to First National Bank. His wealth of experience and breadth of knowledge will greatly enrich our leadership team.” commented McKim.

Christopher Austin has been appointed as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Counsel. Austin joins the bank after a 26-year career at Rudman Winchell in Bangor where he specialized in real estate, commercial lending, and corporate law. Austin holds a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College and a Juris Doctor from University of Maine School of Law.
