The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 2 March 2016 in respect of an issue of GBP250,000,000 3.250 per cent. Notes due 8 March 2027 (the Notes).

The Notes are issued under the GBP5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by Southern Gas Networks plc and Scotland Gas Networks plc.

The Final Terms in respect of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 25 February 2016, including all documents incorporated by reference (the Prospectus) which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Article 5.4 of Directive 2003/71/EC, as amended. Full information on Scotland Gas Networks plc, and in respect of the Notes, is only available on the basis of the combination of the Prospectus and the Final Terms in respect of the Notes.
