The PRS REIT announces that its forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 2.00 p.m. on Tuesday 3 December 2024 at the offices of Dentons UK and Middle East LLP, One Fleet Place, London EC4M 7RA. 

The following documents (as applicable) have been posted to shareholders or otherwise made available:

·      Notice of AGM 2024; and

·      Form of Proxy.
