Cannabis / Medical Marijuana and Hemp industries to capitalize on
opportunities and business relationships it has in the sector.
The Company has already begun forming a subsidiary called XTRM
Cannabis Ventures and is developing a website for the subsidiary at

Company President Joseph Spadafore stated "Recent actions by the
U.S. House of Representatives, statements made by U.S. President
Barack Obama and the Legalization of Marijuana in Colorado helped
