ALPHAWAVE IP GROUP PLC (THE "COMPANY")

The Company was notified that the Mathur Family Trust, a PCA of Rahul Mathur, PDMR and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company at a price of £1.174 per Ordinary Share. As a result of this purchase, Rahul Mathur aggregate holding of shares in the Company is 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
