Allotment of Shares

The board of Hanover Capital Group Plc ("the Company") announces the allotment
of 1,416,666 Ordinary Shares of 1 p each at a price of 12 p per share in
settlement of #170,000 existing debts owed by the Company.

Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM.
