Polar Capital Global Healthcare Trust plc is pleased to announce that as at 31^st May 2024 the top ten equity holdings and the sector and geographic breakdown were as follows:

Gearing Ratio as calculated in accordance with the guidelines of the Association of Investment Companies, was 8.1%. Gearing is made up of structural debt provided by the subsidiary company PCGH ZDP plc, through the issue of zero dividend preference (ZDP) shares.

The ZDP asset cover as of 31^st May 2024 was 12.72x. This ratio is calculated by dividing the Company's net asset value, adjusted to add back the current value of the structural debt, by the final redemption value of the ZDP shares.
