advises that Keith Rumble has retired as an independent
Non-Executive Director of South32 following our 2024 Annual General
Meeting.
Keith has been a Non-Executive Director since
2015 and was the inaugural Chair of our Sustainability Committee.
South32 Chair
Karen Wood acknowledged the contribution Keith
has made to South32: "During his tenure Keith has been a highly
valued member of our Board. His deep operational skills have
contributed to our deliberations and, as Chair of the
Sustainability Committee, Keith has overseen how we incorporate
important sustainability considerations into our strategy. On
behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Keith for his
contribution to South32 and wish him all the best for the
future."
