APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN & RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The Board of Directors of BIL International Limited ("BIL") wishes to
announce that with effect from 1 June 2007, the Chairman of the Board, Tan Sri
Quek Leng Chan, will assume the role of Executive Chairman of the Company.

BIL also wishes to announce that Mr Edwin Low Eng Juay has resigned as Chief
Financial Officer.
