The Company announces that it was notified on 5 April 2005, for the purposes of
Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985, that Mr J.P.D. Geertman acquired 162,530
ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. Following this acquisition, Mr
Geertman holds a total of 560,835 ordinary shares, representing 6.4 per cent. of
the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
