Inc. ("Edleun" or the "Company") (TSX-V: EDU), a
leading provider of quality early childhood education and care in
Canada, is pleased to announce
that at its Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders held
on May 22, 2013 a resolution was
approved to change the name of the Company from Edleun Group, Inc.
to BrightPath Early Learning Inc. The Company has been operating
under the Edleun name since its inception on May 15, 2010.
"Today's announcement marks a significant milestone in the next
chapter of our Company's evolution. We are all very excited about
the name change as we believe this will better reflect who we are
and what we do for the families we serve. The caregivers and
educators in our centres assist the children on their path through
childhood; it is a journey, not a destination," said Mary Ann Curran, Chief Executive Officer of the
Company.
"As BrightPath, we market one enterprise with a brand
representing the high-quality programming and care we offer across
the country, while maintaining our community-based presence."
The change of name will take effect on or around August 1, 2013. The Company's common shares will
continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V) under a new
symbol (TSX-V: BPE).
