GuruNet Names Jeffrey S. Cutler as Chief Revenue Officer WESLEY
HILLS, New York, March 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- GuruNet
Corporation, a provider of integrated online reference information
(AMEX: GRU), today announced that Jeffrey S. Cutler has joined the
company as Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for business
development, strategic partnering, distribution and revenue
generation. Jeff is a senior executive in the information industry
with almost 20 years of experience in online, interactive
information services. Most recently, he served as General Manager
of the Software and Information Industry Association's (SIIA)
Content Division. Jeff will be based in New York, where he will
direct GuruNet's business operations. "Jeff's deep sales and
deal-making experience in the Internet content space was precisely
what we were seeking and ideal for the execution of our new

Previously, Jeff served as President and Chief Executive Officer
for Inlumen, Inc., where he oversaw the sale of the company to
Pinnacor (now part of the MarketWatch Division of Dow Jones) in
November, 2002. Prior to Inlumen, Jeff was Co-Founder, General
Manager and Chief Operating Officer of Office.com, a leading online
business service which was co-owned by Winstar Communications and
CBS/Viacom. Jeff also held senior management positions with N2K
Telebase, a leading channel for premium business content and
Thomson Financial Services' CDA/Spectrum, and worked at CompuServe
for over eight years, managing the distribution of information,
network and email/intranet services to the financial services
