NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the holders of the above Notes that, at the Meeting of the Class A Noteholders held at the offices of Clifford Chance LLP at 10 Upper Bank Street, Canary Wharf, London E14 5JJ on 6 July 2011 at 10:30 a.m. (London time), 11:30 a.m. (CET) and 5:30 a.m. (New York time), the Extraordinary Resolution set out in the Notice of Meeting previously notified to Noteholders on 14 June 2011, as corrected by the Supplementary Notice previously notified to Noteholders on 22 June 2011, in accordance with the terms of the Trust Deed for such Notes was duly passed.

A notice to this effect will also be issued through the Clearing Systems on the date hereof.
