Notice is hereby given that the Issuer has sold GBP25,000,000 in principal amount of its 2048 Bonds.

In accordance with the bond trust deed dated 5 March 2015, which constituted and secured the Bonds, the Bonds that have been sold were 2048 Retained Bonds as detailed in the prospectus dated 5 March 2015.

Notice is also given that the Issuer has modified the trust deed to remove Condition 9.9 (Cancellation of purchased or redeemed Bonds) which has the effect of indefinitely extending the life of the remaining retained bond of GBP15m.
