Harworth Group plc Save As You Earn Scheme ("SAYE")
The Company announces that on 6 November 2023, having issued
invitations to all eligible employees to participate in the SAYE,
share options were granted to applicants including those
individuals noted below, with an exercise price of GBP0.827.
