                           ParOS Plc ("the Company")                           

                             Exercise of Warrants                              

The Company announces that, following the exercise of share warrants by an
adviser to the Company, it has issued, conditional on admission, 1,500,000 new
Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each.

Application has been made for 1,500,000 shares to be admitted to trading on AIM
and dealings are expected to commence on 20 July 2006.

Following the issue of these shares there will be 472,950,195 ordinary shares
in issue.
