Big Red Diamond Corporation ("Company" or "DIA") (TSX VENTURE:DIA) announces the
immediate resignation of two of its Directors, Ms. Nathalie Hansen and Mr. Jim
Kargakos. We would like to thank them both for their valuable insight and
contribution to the Company. 


The board of directors consisting of Jean-Francois Perrault, Clint Barr and
Michael Neary will continue to oversee the governance of the Company.
Discussions with prospective board members have already been initiated.
