TST is losing market share and is down nearly 25% in earnings last quarter and its price to cash flow is pathetic. The shorts on the stock are up 30% and I would be in the shorting camp at the moment.
The company has been around since 2001 and simply dieing a slow death. I think the only reason its seen a little up surge is due the value players seeing PE: of 6.5 and thinking it can't go much lower. But Year to date its earnings are down over 60% and that PE: is going to adjust downward as this thing dies and goes away.

Two stocks from China I would highly recommend are ACTS and NWD.
NWD's earnings are up 37% year to date and is expanding its manufacturing capacity as we chat. Its customer base is only Asia and so the growth potential is rather large. All the numbers call this a value play and I am expecting stock to double in value in less than a year.
ACTS is a new company to the public with 28% quarterly revenue growth having a limited customer base as well. This company is coming to America this year so expecting growth would be an understatement.
I do own both of these stocks for full disclosure. And one promise is they will go down as well as up.. I just think the up side will far exceed the down.
