EVI Industries, Inc. (NYSE American: “EVI” or the “Company”) announced today that it completed the previously announced acquisition of Lakeland, Florida based Laundry Pro of Florida, Inc. (“Laundry Pro”). Laundry Pro is the Company’s 27th acquisition in the commercial laundry distribution and service industry and the eleventh (11th) in the Southeast region of the United States.
