                    Disclosure of Interest in Share Capital


On 11th September 2006 the Company received notification by Citibank, N.A.
London Branch, Citigroup Centre, Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5LB
that, as at, 5th September 2006 Standard Life Investments disposed of 653,592
shares on behalf of Standard Life Group.  This decreased the total held as a
material interest to 14,341,349 ordinary 1p shares in the Company being below 3%
of the issued share capital.

The total holding registered, in the name of Vidacos Nominees, was 23,613,770
ordinary 1p shares in the Company representing 9.53% of the issued share
capital.
