Conditional disposal of Maltese asset

C H Bailey Plc ("the Company" or "the Group"), the diverse group of businesses, with investments and operations around the world in Leisure, Property principally in Tanzania, South Africa and Malta and a UK engineering business, is pleased to announce a conditional sale of 16 Charles Street, Malta for EUR1.725 million ("Conditional Sale").

The Conditional Sale entered into a "Promise of Sale" agreement under Maltese law and is subject to certain conditions prior to completion. The Company expects completion to take place in the first half of 2018.
