Board change

BNS Telecom Group plc, (AIM: BTP, the 'Group') one of the UK's leading providers
of white labeled telecoms services to the UK SME and corporate market, announced
that Mark Stewart is stepping down from the Board with immediate effect and is
leaving the Group.  Garry Moat, the BNS Chief Executive, will assume day to day
responsibility for the Group's Network Services division.
