                              Directorate Changes



Cardpoint, the provider of electronic payment transactions and the market leader
in the independent cash machine sector, announces that Lee Ginsberg,
Non-executive Director, has resigned from the board of directors of the Company
with effect from 31 December 2007.  Mr Ginsberg is leaving due to other work
commitments.  Pending the appointment of a replacement Chairman of the Audit
Committee, David Mills, Senior Independent Director, will become Chairman of the
Company's Audit Committee from that date.



If the merger of Cardpoint and alphrya Holdings Limited ("alphyra") completes
before 31 December 2007, Mr Ginsberg's resignation will also operate to
terminate Mr Ginsberg's directorship of Payzone plc with effect from 31 December
2007. The merger is expected to complete on 5 December 2007.





Bob Thian, Chairman of Cardpoint, said:

last year, particularly during the merger of Cardpoint with alphyra to create
Payzone plc - a leading European consumer payments and cash distribution group.

soon as possible."
