Additional Listing


Application has been made to the Alternative Investment Market of the London
Stock Exchange ("AIM") for 285,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each to be admitted to
trading.

The shares ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary Shares
in issue have been allotted in accordance with the exercise of share option in
accordance with the rules of the Cardpoint Incentive Schemes.


Admission is expected to be effective on 3 December 2007.
